The supply of new homes is intricately linked to every aspect of housing policy and to many of the economic and social issues faced by the UK. Significant change is necessary if the country is to get the housing it needs. With the recommendations presented in this report, it is also possible.

Disaster Risk Reduction in Central Vietnam
This report presents findings of a study commissioned by Development Workshop France (DWF) with support from BSHF to assess the impact of the DWF project in Vietnam to promote the prevention of typhoon damage to housing and public buildings over the last ten years.
This analysis assessed how changes in the labour market could impact upon Housing Benefit claimant numbers in the UK.

In March 2011, BSHF submitted evidence to the Public Bill Committee for the Welfare Reform Bill. This Committee is a group of Members of Parliament who provide detailed scrutiny of proposed new legislation.
